Community Housing in Partnership (CHIP)

From individual residences for single family ownership, to multiple dwelling rental homes and including the construction and renovation of housing for populations with special needs, CHIP strives to meet the needs of first time homebuyers, senior citizens, low and moderate income persons and the disabled.

Working with outstanding architects and engineers, CHIP enables communities to participate in the creation of designs that are consistent with neighborhood characteristics and the desires of residents. Pictured are just a few of CHIP's housing projects.
