BCCAP Program Funding

Every three years, we assess the changing needs of the low-income population we serve and conduct an environmental scan in our community. Program development and the services offered to the economically disadvantaged are based on the needs of the community. Funding opportunities are sought from both public and private sources.
Over the last 40 years, BCCAP has depended mostly on government program funding. However, current government funding for many programs has been decreased at a time when the numbers of those in need are increasing. There is severe hardship amid the wealth of Bergen County.
Now, more than ever in our history, we are turning to the community for support.  Won’t you help us to help those who are struggling to make ends meet?  You can help them discover hope and realize opportunity for a better tomorrow by donating to BCCAP.

Operation Holiday 2013

Donations of NEW, unwrapped toys for children of Bergen County's neediest families are gratefully accepted from November 26 through December 20, 2013. Drop off at 241 Moore St., Hackensack, NJ, or call 201-968-0200 for pick-up of larger amounts. New winter clothing (hats, gloves, socks, etc.) and toiletries for teenagers are also needed.
