| Head Start and Early Head Start are high quality, comprehensive child development programs serving pregnant moms, infants, toddlers, preschool children and their families. The programs are child-focused and have the overall goal of increasing the school readiness of young children in low-income families. Individualized services include education and early childhood development, medical, dental, mental health, nutrition, and parent involvement. |
