The Ladder Project
This Halfway House/long-term facility provides intensive services for men with chronic alcohol and/or drug addictions in a secure, structured and substance-free environment. The 12-step philosophy of Alcoholics Anonymous is followed, along with daily rehabilitation, structured case management, and support services to ensure a full recovery. |

"Addiction treatment research demonstrates that alcohol and drug addiction are treatable illnesses similar to other chronic conditions like asthma, diabetes or hypertension. Relapse and non-compliance are no more prevalent for people being treated for alcohol and drug addiction than among people with other chronic illnesses." |
